Usage

• /day - displayed on daily categories
  • /td - table entry
• /month - displayed on months
  • /tdm - table entry
• /year - displayed on years
  • /tdy - table entry
• /other - for display when template is added to wrong page (not used yet)
• /preload - preload template for new categories
